
Etrebelle is a hybrid filler that has adopted both benefits of the immediate filling effect of HA and stimulating collagen production of PCL under the skin. Based on the idea of delivering PCL (Polycaprolactone) microparticles by HA (Sodium Hyaluronate), not only physical supports under the skin, Etrebelle improves the fundamental deficiency of volume loss by collagen restoration.


Right after injection, Etrebelle takes a position and instantly supports the wrinkled area with its HA material. Meanwhile, included PCL microparticles help HA not to migrate from the target area by giving extra cohesiveness.

After 1 month, while HA starts to be degraded, PCL microparticles promote collagen production and lead to even more elastic skin conditions. The mixture ratio of Etrebelle is remarked from this turning point of each materials' interaction under the skin.

After 8 month, the outcome of Etrebelle can be shown which has been gradually biodegraded and restore the skin volume from its physical support to newly synthesized collagen fibers maintain the natural result over time.

After 24 months, PCL microparticles slowly degrade into carbon dioxide and water through non-enzymatic hydrolysis in the body. Eventually, the microparticles are completely eliminated, leaving no leftovers but restoring skin volume with enriched collagen fibers.
