
Etrebelle is a hybrid filler that has adopted both benefits of the immediate filling effect of HA and stimulating collagen production of PLA under the skin. Based on the idea of delivering PLA (Poly L-lactide) microparticles by HA (Sodium Hyaluronate), not only physical supports under the skin, Etrebelle improves the fundamental deficiency of volume loss by collagen restoration


Under the skin, Etrebelle PN physically supports the injected area with its material properties, while non-cross-linked HA distributes the PLA particles internally. PN particles inhibit inflammatory responses from the foreign body reaction.

With the natural degradation of HA material, PLA particles evenly take position, resulting in the initial volumizing effects. PN particles initiate the activation of essential growth factors and stimulate fibroblasts.

PLA particles have now fully integrated with the skin tissue structure, inducing a collagenesis effect. PN particles contribute to cell proliferation through the secretion of growth factors.

The PLA particles and naturally induced collagen are now indistinguishable. The promoted collagenesis effect and fibroblast stimulation enrich both extracellular components and the skin tissue environment.
